Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you visit Altercode, create an account, purchase or download a product, or otherwise use the store. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and account security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, or use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Purchases and payments
Product prices, availability, discounts, and payment methods are shown at checkout and may change before an order is completed. Payments are handled by the payment provider you select during checkout. Altercode does not control third-party payment services and may need to delay or decline an order where payment cannot be verified or appears fraudulent.
Any refund, cancellation, or chargeback request will be handled in line with applicable law and the information provided at checkout. Contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can help resolve the issue.
Product license
When you purchase an Altercode product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product under the license details shown for the product. Unless a product page or written agreement says otherwise, a standard script license covers one live production domain.
Ownership of the product, source code, trademarks, branding, and all intellectual-property rights remains with Altercode and its licensors. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying product.
Acceptable use and restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share, or make a product available to others except where Altercode has given written permission. You may not remove copyright or license notices, use the store for unlawful activity, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use an Altercode product in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
Updates and support
Where stated on the relevant product page, Altercode provides product updates for licensed customers. Updates may change features, requirements, or compatibility. Support and installation assistance are provided as described in the store or agreed in writing; they do not include hosting, third-party services, or custom work unless specifically included.
Availability and third-party services
We work to keep the store and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Products may link to, integrate with, or depend on third-party platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of Altercode.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated by Altercode. You are responsible for testing a product, maintaining backups, and ensuring that your use complies with your local laws and hosting requirements.
To the extent permitted by law, Altercode will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
